Ouvrez votre application Secoris -> Cliquez sur votre installation -> Paramètres (en bas à droite) -> Notification push -> Cochez ou décochez votre (vos) choix

Je ne reçois plus de notifications, comment résoudre ce problème ?

Ouvrez votre application Secoris -> Cliquez sur l'engrenage en haut à droite -> déconnectez-vous en bas -> Appuyez longuement sur le bouton d'arrêt jusqu'à ce que le bouton soit complètement rouge -> Continuer -> Vous êtes maintenant déconnecté -> cliquez sur la barre blue en bas -> Continuer -> Connectez-vous à nouveau avec votre adresse e-mail et votre mot de passe -> Vos notifications ont été réinitialisées.

Si vos notifications ne fonctionnent toujours pas, suivez les instructions « Comment ajuster mes notifications »

De navigatietoets gloeit rood en het display toont bijvoorbeeld:

Het display wisselt af tussen het weergeven van het zonenummer en de zonenaam (bijvoorbeeld "Zone 000") en het alarmtype.

Als je "reset" ziet in het bericht (zie hierboven):

• Druk op V − dit erkent het alarm en reset het systeem. Het systeem keert terug naar de standby-modus en is klaar om opnieuw ingesteld te worden. De navigatietoets keert terug naar zijn normale (groene) staat.

Hoewel het systeem niet gereset is, kun je het systeem nog steeds normaal instellen en uitschakelen. De navigatietoets en de toepasselijke instel/uitschakel-iconen blijven rood totdat het alarm gereset is.

Ik kan niet meer inloggen in mijn APP SECORIS

Als u al geruime tijd uw APP niet gebruikt zal de SECORIS server u afkoppelen. Dit om onnodig de servers te belasten. U kan dan volgende melding ontvangen:
